Mr. Pradeep Mathur, Managing Director

Mr. Mathur, a Hotel Management Guru and a father figure of the Industry, holds a 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition from Pusa, New Delhi. To make his dream a reality, he started his career in the early 70's as a Kitchen Management Trainee, in Hotel Oberoi Intercontinental, New Delhi. Was appointed as a demonstrator for 2 years in the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition at Pusa, New Delhi. In 1977 joined the Taj Group of Hotels at the Corporate Office at Mumbai as a Training Manager for 8 long years. While at Taj, in 1979 did Teachers' Training Course from the Institute of Hotel Management & Tourism, Austria, to enhance skills.

In 1985 was appointed the Vice President Operations, Resort - Mumbai, a Five Star Hotel part of the Raheja Group. He also has to his credit of training the Staff of various Hotels like The Leela, Mumbai, Sun & Sand, Holiday Inn, The Club etc.He handled the Kitchen, Food & Beverages Facilities, Design,Renovation etc. of the Hyatt, Yak & Yeti, Grand Hyatt, Ramada (Goa, Hyderabad & Mumbai), Surya Best Western, Lotus Suites, etc.

Apart from running his own company, in 2004 Mr. Mathur became the C.E.O. of Tunga Group Of Hotels. This is when the hotel turned into a new leaf and since then, there's been no looking back. Mr. Mathur has not only been responsible for the increased revenue of Tunga, but also taken its dreams of expansion Sky-High.

Mr. Vaibhav Mathur, Director

Mr. Vaibhav Mathur had joined the company in the year 2006, and since then has been an integral part. He is backed with twin Diploma in Hospitality Management from American Hotel & Motel Association as well as Rizvi College of Hotel Management.

His Industry job exposure has been for over 7 years with International Hotel Chains like Renaissance by Marriott (Pre- Opening), Grand Inter-Continental & Taj Lands End.

Under Mathur Hospitality he has played key role in 15 projects including 5 Star, 4 Star, 3 Star Hotels, Bar, Restaurant, Club, Microbrewery Lounge, Food Court, Amusement water Park.

In his presence Mathur Hospitality has also diversified in to Hotel Management and is operating a Hotel & has signed two new Hotel Management Contracts. His vision is to make this company one of India’s most efficient consultancy & management firm in the coming years.

Mr. Gauranga Ghosh, Head Operations

A Gold Medalist in B.Sc ( Tech ) from Calcutta University has also attended many Management Development Programmes. With over 40 years od rich and varied experience, Mr. Ghosh brings a sense of methodology to the planning of each projects requirement. With strong marketing experience, he also has exposure to various international markets and their ongoing trends. His eye for details as well as master of figures, he could bring all the more required eye for cost cutting on every project substantially.

Mr. Farhan, Senior designer Planner

An architectural software specialist, he has a faculty in CAD & REVIT, which he uses with the mind's eye to create specialized design and planning. For the past 6 years, he has been dedicatedly working on commercial kitchens' projects for many 5 star Hotels & Restaurants. A few of the numerous projects undertaken by him are - Le Meridian ( Kovalam & Cochin ). Zenzi - A premium speciality restaurant and lounge bar ( Mumbai ), Institute of Hotel Management, ( Khandala ), Sahara India's Amby Valley Dam No. 5, Yashraj Studio ( Mumbai ), Bria Express cafe at Shoppers Stop Retail Stores - Hypercity, and several Food Courts besides many others.

Mr. Mohammed Saifullah, Draughtsman

Professionally Qualified in Civil & Architectural Design, Mohammed is a young energetic innovative person. Though being a fresher, some of the designs and ideas suggested by him were approved by the clients at the first presentation itself.

Mr. Yasin Nalband, Designer Planner
