Mr. Mathur, a Hotel Management Guru and a father figure of the Industry, holds a 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition from Pusa, New Delhi. To make his dream a reality, he started his career in the early 70's as a Kitchen Management Trainee, in Hotel Oberoi Intercontinental, New Delhi. Was appointed as a demonstrator for 2 years in the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition at Pusa, New Delhi. In 1977 joined the Taj Group of Hotels at the Corporate Office at Mumbai as a Training Manager for 8 long years. While at Taj, in 1979 did Teachers' Training Course from the Institute of Hotel Management & Tourism, Austria, to enhance skills. In 1985 was appointed the Vice President Operations, Resort - Mumbai, a Five Star Hotel part of the Raheja Group. He also has to his credit of training the Staff of various Hotels like The Leela, Mumbai, Sun & Sand, Holiday Inn, The Club etc.He handled the Kitchen, Food & Beverages Facilities, Design,Renovation etc. of the Hyatt, Yak & Yeti, Grand Hyatt, Ramada (Goa, Hyderabad & Mumbai), Surya Best Western, Lotus Suites, etc.
Apart from running his own company, in 2004 Mr. Mathur became the C.E.O. of Tunga Group Of Hotels. This is when the hotel turned into a new leaf and since then, there's been no looking back. Mr. Mathur has not only been responsible for the increased revenue of Tunga, but also taken its dreams of expansion Sky-High.
Vaibhav Mathur holds a Twin Diploma in Hotel Management from AH& MA ( American Hotel & Motel Association) and Indian Hospitality Management. Post completing his course he worked seven years with International Hotel chains like Renaissance by Marriott and Taj group of Hotels.
On joining Mathur Hospitality, his first role was to make their professional services reach out to tier II & III cities where concepts and exposure to quality service and product was lacking.
Today Mathur Hospitality has completed 20 projects in different capacities in emerging cities across India.Another major step was diversification in professional Hotel Management services to non -branded properties.
Santanu brings a rich carrier experience spanning over 17 years in hotel industry. An IIHM Kolkata alumnus, he has worked with best minds at successful and processional hotel group like Taj, Holiday Inn, Tunga, Ramada, Golden Tulip and The Grand Bhagwati. Exceptional interpersonal, managerial and team building skills with an aptitude for building rapport with diverse range of guests, colleagues and management was well noticed by superiors at every places served by him. He has always demonstrated great success in operational fields and negotiating win- win compromises for many organizations served by him. His eye for details brings the all the more required eye for cost cutting for fat profitability.
Also has all round experience in day to day operations, developing team building programs, developing SOP’s, personnel training manuals, management reports, polices and compliances.

A M.A from U.P. University, came to Mumbai in quest to work & make place for her own. Initially worked with Facility Management company for 3 years & then moved to Hotel Sales & Marketing. Was part of Byke Hotels & Resorts for 3 years and giving business across all hotels for Byke group. Shreya has been an integral part of Mathur Hospitality since 2018 and is assisting in bringing in offline sales from travel gents, bookers, M.I.C.E, corporates, etc.
An architectural software specialist, he has a faculty in CAD and PRO-E-ENGINEER, which he uses with the mind’s eye to create specialized design and planning. For the past 8 years he has been dedicatedly working on commercial kitchen projects for many 5 star hotels, resorts and restaurants & lounges.
